VTG Y2K AGB BYER CALIFORNIA Black V Neck Velvety Soft Stretch Jacket Sz L This vintage Y2K-era women’s piece has elegant, dramatic flair with a lightweight drape and soft velvety finish. Styled like a jacket but made from flexible stretch fabric, it features a deep V-neck with three shiny plastic buttons at the base and an open lower front. The long sleeves and unlined interior make it comfortable yet dressy. Sizing runs small for a modern Large—please refer to measurements.
