VTG Wood Decoupage Frank M Hamilton Farm Windmill Plaque Wall Decor

1970’s solid wood plaque with a decoupage image of Frank M. Hamilton’s “In the Shadows of Time.” Surrounding the image are carvings of birds, redwood trees, a sunset and cabin. Below the image is the quote “Everything is beautiful in its own way” stenciled in yellow. Leather strap with a brass ring. Condition: Good. Light wear,, scratches, and nicks to the wood. Wear to the image at the top, image is faded, and there are streaks on the wood from the resin, below the image. Measurements: 10 1/8”H (11.25 with the strap & ring) x 7.25”W x 3/4”D Please use photos for reference.
