VTG Walter Parke Original Drawing Memphis Levee Paddle Wheeler Boat 4" x 3"

Walter Parke was born in Arkansas in 1909 and studied at the Art Institute of Chicago with Wellington J. Reynolds. He taught at Palette and Chisel in 1966 and was a member of the Brown County Art Guild, Municipal Art League, and the Oak Park Art League.
