VTG Victorian Christmas Santa Claus Standing Figure Father Christmas 18”

This Santa is being sold as is he seems very old. I don’t know the brand or where he came from but he still has a lot of life left in him. All of his features are intact. His pants are a little bit loose. He definitely could use a good cleaning and if you’re a collector, you may but know more about where he came from But he’s very eclectic old style. Questions?
