RARE Vintage 1973 Versus Gianni Versace Vest, Gold, Brown & Black, Made in Italy, Size 40/54. I believe this means it is a US Size 40 and Italian Size 54, but please see flat lay measurement photos to ensure desired fit. Gorgeous design and button front closure. Two front pockets. Adjustable belt on back waist. Exterior is 58% cotton and 42% viscose rayon. Lining is 100% viscose rayon. Design is an intricate pattern of leaves with a few Greek gods and Greek men on front and back of vest. The circular buttons down the front feature a lion in the center and the Greek key / meander fret geometric maze pattern around the outside. Amazing vintage condition.
