This rob/jacket/coat/loungewear... whatever you want to call it is AMAZING. I am just too freaking short for it. I've worn it once outside of my house. It's been hanging in my closet for years, but it's time to let it go. It also has deep front pockets, and the velvet burnout is over the entire robe. FYI, there are no loops or a tie.
