VTG UNC Tar Heels Starter Hat 90s Wool Snapback North Carolina Rare READ. This is a vintage Starter hat made of 100% wool. Rn67879. It is in good vintage condition with the exception of two tiny holes in the back- see photos of both. It looks like someone had pins in it and they left marks. Hard to see unless your looking for it. Some minor discoloration in inside brim. Otherwise very nice. This is a hard to find hat!
