VTG Turquoise Blue Chocker Style Beaded Necklace Flowers Multi Strand Costume

Estate find and very reminiscent of the 90's, this is a chocker style double strand beaded floral necklace, turquoise color. I found another listing for this same necklace and it listed it as being genuine turquoise but I really don't think it is. If it is, big bonus for you but I'm pretty sure it is a synthetic material. The necklace was hard to measure because it's wired to retain it's shape but each side measures approximately 7 inches with approximately 5 inches of flowers in the center. Those measurements would make this approximately 19 inches which falls into the chocker category. I also put it on and it rides very high up on the neck, not tight but close up to the collar bones. It shows lower in the photos but who's neck is really as small as that mannequin? Lobster Claw clasp, no markings, the beads in the middle of the flowers are wired on so this is somewhat hand made.
