VTG Threads on Thread Relaxed Crush Pleated Flannel Skirt Midi Red/Black/White Large This flannel skirt makes use of a relaxed crush pleating technique. The pleats are not defined but it is rather an overall effect. The material are check and plaid squares of black, red, and white which give it a quilted look. The waist band is elastic. There are 2 spots where the color bled (see pictures). waist 15" across length 37" Please see measurements to ensure expected fit. Measurements are taken with the garment hanging unless noted.
