VTG Thick Hand Blown Frosted Tulips Large Charger Plate

A Beautiful Thick Mouth Blown Decorative Frosted Glass Charger. The glass was cut by hand, and hand painted. The back is as beautiful as the front with a light and dark green 2" ribbed rim and Tulips. The interior of the plate has a design of tulips painted in purple and pink. The face of the platter is smooth and the back is frosted and textured. It's in perfect condition with no fading, chips or cracks. The vintage glass platter, plate, or charger is 14" in diameter and is substantial in weight at 4lb 15oz.
