The most adorable rain jacket that will perk up a dreary day! Imagine how cute you will look?! Very light blue and the buttons have a marbleized blue pattern. Ties at the neck and has a belt. Two front pockets. Is in near perfect condition with no noticeable flaws. Is marked a size 12 but since this is vintage, fits smaller. Was hard to measure the dropped shoulders but I am a small/medium and it fits great. 46” long.
