This HUGE Mother Goose 20” doll and 22” goose by Suzanne Gibson’s 1982 Limited Edition Set is a VTG collectible. It features an iconic porcelain doll with curly silver hair & blue eyes, representing the heartwarming character of Mother Goose that echoes of childhood nostalgia. Also includes a large plush goose. The set is part of a limited edition of 1110 out of 4000 produced in 1982 marked on tags. Suzanne Gibson, is known for creating original, high-quality dolls in the 80s, making this piece a desirable item for collectors of VTG dolls. NO original box, papers, or glasses, although half of its original hang tag remains. In good, very loved preowned estate condition. It was on display in a collectors home. The goose has some minor stains & spots shown in photos. Mother Goose looks like she flew through a hurricane & lost her glasses. She may have been a child’s play toy in which a hair tie was added in an attempt to tame her hair. Luckily, her articulating limbs & appendages are all still intact, & her face is in wonderful condition. Her shoes have some glue residue on them. Also, there are a few minor pin holes throughout.
