VTG Silver Fleur-de-Lis Belt

This belt is vintage. Nought it in a boutique in NYC. . It’s detailed with metal plates. I’ve had for many years and in beautiful condition. It has great stretch to it and in perfect condition no stones missing. The picture I posted with measurements that’s without the stretch.
