VTG Silver Drum Major Mace Baton Charm

Here is another old charm for a drum major/majorette, either a baton or a mace, but probably a baton. It has a cord wrapped around it. Photos 2-4 show measurements/size. Photo 8 shows it at center with similar charms in my closet, and photo 9 shows it with related charms also in my closet! The last six photos show the remnants of a stamp, now too faded to make out, but it is most likely sterling as I *think* I can make out "STG", but can't be sure. Make unknown.
