VTG Silk Dog Portrait Scarf Cream Black and Red Trim

Vintage 1950's silk scarf with a poodle portrait in the corner. Cream colored base with black and burgundy red border. The dog portrait is painterly in shades of gray, black and white. Really cute and kitsch! In good vintage condition. Some wear on the corners, where the rolled silk has become a bit loose. One pinhole near one edge. Overall the silk has held up nicely for its age. Suitable for framing. At one point this scarf had a small metal tag on one corner that said it was made in Italy.
