This is a vintage wall mounted decorative long beard Santa Clause or Father Christmas. It has a conical stocking cap made of burlap in a natural brown color. The tip has a red pom-pom on it. The brim of the hat is felt and has Christmas garland wrapped around it of bright red poinsettias. The face is made of some kind of resin or plaster and has a pair of eyeglasses on.
