VTG Saks Fifth Avenue Huey Waltzer for Darcy 50's inspired dress. Navy

Vintage, strapless, Saks Fifth Avenue 50's inspired, polka dot dress with crop jacket and belt.   The straps shown are for hanger storage, but you could probably wear them - they are the same material as the lining and look like straps.Tafeta crinoline with a cute polka dot trim, bodice lining is maroon.pretty flared skirt.no information tag with material, but feels like nylon or satin.... It's silky, but  no shine. Vintage size 7/8, but see measurements below.  Likely more like a 2/4 in todays sizing. No flaws that I see, but remember that it is vintage.  Zipper works. Dry clean only Measurements: Total length = 30"Skirt length from waist to hem = 21 1/2"Bodice front from waist up = 9 1/2"Bodice back from waist up = 7 3/4"Bust = 15" flatWaist = 12" flat. For comparison:   I normally wear a size 0 / XS with a bra size of 34A.  My waist is not a 24...probably more like 25, but this fits me in the waist with maybe a little bit of extra room.   I would feel comfortable wearing it if the bust were not too big on me.  Seems like an easy alteration if you wanted to do that.
