Vintage 1980s Saks Fifth Ave Judith Ann Creations Pure Silk Sequined Dress Sz L Black/Silver- has an Art Deco vibe so could absolutely pass for a 1920s flapper dress if you need one for a party. It has 4 Hook & Eyes to Close at the back neck, none on the side. Shoulder Pads, 100% Pure Silk, Made in India. Scallop at Cuffs and Hem. Also, the silver panel is scalloped and edged with blue carnival beads! All the rest of the edges are trimmed with silver beads. It is a beautiful,heavy, well made dress and one for the ages!
