VTG Royal Staffordshire by Clarice Cliff 'Tonquin' Transferware Ashtray

Vintage (40’s) Royal Staffordshire by Clarice Cliff 'Tonquin' transferware ashtray/trinket dish in red & pink. The pattern features a scenic design with a large house, river, bridge, swans, and flowers. It was produced by Royal Staffordshire in England in the 1940’s. The ashtray is square-shaped, measuring approximately 4" square x 1" high. Great condition for its age (small chip on underside rim as shown in last photo).
