VTG Red Off the Shoulder Peplum Button-Down Dress, ca 1980

VTG red off the shoulder peplum button down dress from the 1980s. There is stretch to the fabric but not see through. The buttons are metal and the shoulder steps can be adjusted 1 button hole. Great vintage used condition. Size is an estimate due to no size tag. Please ask any questions or for more detailed pics. Offers welcome!
