VTG Real Welsh Tapestry Pure New Wool Eclipse Tailored Cape Coat SZ M-L

Vintage Real Welsh Tapestry Pure New Wool Eclipse Tailored Cape Coat Blue & Green Pattern No size but based on how it fits me (I’m a size 14-16 or extra large) I think it would fit a size medium or large best. I can wear it, but it is a little snug in the shoulder/arm area. For the age, the coat is in nice used condition. One side of the liner at the arm opening has a small rip and has come loose, but should be an easy fix. Please see photos for reference.
