Dot (Dorothea) Barlowe was born in 1926 and is an artist well known for her love to nature. Wonderful colors and very detailed. Perfectioned with a fine gold rim! A peaceful place on a plate! The plate is numbered on the back 134 DB. Gorgeous decor plate! Great gift for the garden lover! The plate is in excellent "used" condition. No chips or crazing visible.
