VTG Porcelain Santa and Helpers in 11" Red Wicker Metal Sleigh Centerpiece

Vtg Santa, with his little helpers, in his sleigh. The sleigh frame is metal, the sleigh basket is red & green wicker, filled with garland. Santa, the boy & girl are porcelain (or clay? Fragile). Styrofoam presents, plastic drums, wooden horse & the pears are (I think) a hard plastic. Glittery. All tied together with a red glitter, side ribbon. Vintage, I would say 80s/ 90s (I purchased this about 9 years ago, thrifted; possibly handmade). There's no markings, that I can see. It looks like the little boy & Santa, may have once had something in their hand's (see photo, there's a little hole for something?). & The horse is missing something on top, as there's glue there (see photo). Other than those things, I would say it's in good vintage condition.
