VTG Pac-Man Branded Sweatpants XS/S

I couldn’t resist snapping up these hilarious sweatpants for my youngest when I spotted them, but—alas!—I should’ve realized that a vintage small fits more like a modern extra-small. They didn’t fit my kid, which means I probably couldn’t even get one leg in them, either, so here they are. I couldn’t find anything about when these were originally available, but I’m guessing the 90s or aughts, at the latest. They’re a thick, sturdy poly/cotton blend with standard jogger features: elastic drawstring waist, gathered elastic ankles, and two on-seam front pockets. My guess is that these were originally black (now somewhat faded and more of a charcoal gray), and the pixelated Pac-Man ghosts (in pink, red, brown and blue) and the yellow wedge himself appear to be that sort of industrial iron-on pattern that isn’t part of the fabric weave. These pants are in good preowned condition; there are no stains, tears or other defects, but they do have some wash fade, as previously mentioned, and some minor pilling around the crotch. (Given their age, that’s still pretty remarkable.) PLEASE review measurements, as these do run small compared to modern sizing. Measured flat: 12.5” (unstretched) waist 12” rise 26” inseam
