Vintage Northwood Milk White Glass PANEL SPRIG Sugar Shaker or can be used for your Hat Pin collection. Beautiful sprig design, and this has been hand painted. There are a few scuff surface chips around the edges of the top underneath the lid, which is not unusual for this piece due to its usage no other cracks chips or brakes. 4 1/2" tall and has a base is 2" in diameter.
