VTG Nora Fenton Designs Chinoiserie platter charger 12.5” plate China Hong Kong

This is a vintage plate (or platter or charger approximately 12.5 inches across) Chinese porcelain hand painted in Hong Kong. For decorative use only. Would be a great addition to a plate wall or look great on a plate stand. No chips or cracks but there does appear to be a scratch on the plate, but it seems to be under the glaze so it may have been a flaw during the firing process.
