VTG NIB Silverpalted Candle Holder

Silverplated lotus candle holder centerpiece made by International Silver Company in 1990. In original packaging and perfect condition, looks like it's never been used. Very shiny, no scratches on the outside. The dark spots you see in pics are reflections, not tarnish. Center bowl has removable frog holder that can be used for flowers or wide center candle. 5" diameter (bowl only), 4.5" tall at the highest point
