I believe this is New in an open box but I’m not 100% sure it looks like it but I can’t be sure. VTG Mirro Cookie Pastry Press & Cake Decorator Set w/Recipe Booklet Box- the box comes with an original “Fancy Cookies, Appetizers & Pastries” pamphlet/brochure that has instructions and some recipes inside.
