hi, i have allergies, so have to ask if this is clean and free of odors and the battery compartment is clean. iv ordered 2 others and they dont work and have bad odors and 1 had a rusty and corroded battery case. i just want a clean and odor free and working one to replace the old one i have. thankyou!
