Vintage Louis Vuitton Cabas Piano Monogram Hand Tote Bag Coated Canvas, Vachetta Trim Good Used Condition with the normal signs of wear due to its age. The serial number is VI 0051 which indicates that it was made in France in the month of May 2001. The canvas on the exterior of the bag is in excellent condition. It has faded some, but there is no cracking. The vachetta leather on the bottom of the bag has a few water stains and scuffs. One of the leather pieces that is sewn into the bag that holds the hardware for the handle is cracking in two places. Eventually, an experienced cobbler will need to replace it. The handles also have a natural patina due to usage and age. The hardware is a bit scratched. It has a zip top for the main opening. The outside and inside zippers glide smoothly and there are no odors. The interior is in great condition. There are a couple of minor stains that I attempted to lift, unsuccessfully. The interior is made of a brown canvas and has one zip pocket and one small slip pocket. There is also a D-ring which comes in handy for clipping you keys or even a wristlet for extra security. The interior of the bag was cleaned with professional cleaning products for fabric and the exterior trim was cleaned and conditioned using Apple brand Leather Conditioner made specifically for vachetta or "naked" leather.
