I am also a collector and it was included in a lot that I purchased and I am trying to find it a new home since I don't have an H name! Lower case H script initial mini charm. This style of charm was made in the early 2010s. No missing gems. very small and deilcate - only about .75 inches tall - see photo with measurements.
