Vintage corset tag says 38C fits like a M/L Black corset bustier Gorgeous black satin Fastens in the front with hook & eye Fastens in the back with ties so it can be adjusted a good bit. Without any gap it is 16” across bust, 16” waist and 18” at very bottom, but it can be adjusted by a lot. From top of cup to bottom it is 15-15.5” so could definitely be worn as a top.
