VTG Independence Ironstone covered 2QT casserole dish Provencial Flower Pattern

This piece was made by Castleton China Inc. in Japan, under the Independence Ironstone brand These dishes were produced in the 1970s. Features: The dish is octagonal in shape and includes a lid with a decorative knob and handles on the base. Measures 10 5/8 inches from handle to handle, 9 inches across rim of bowl. 4 inches high (without lid) Good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches.
