VTG I Carl-Art I Marriage License Storybook Charm

Well, this sterling silver Carl-Art (1930s-?) charm has seen better days, but in terms of originality/adorableness, no modern charm can beat it! (There used to be a red heart on the front but unfortunately it came off during cleaning.) The cover of the "book" reads "Marriage License" in a pretty, single-line script. Inside the book, "State of bliss" appears (w/STERLING stamp) & final page says "I love you". Too perfect! Carl-Art hallmark, photo 3, measurements/size, photos 7-9. It's a keeper!
