VTG I 1995 I Santa's Helper Hat & Collar

In original packaging, this is a Santa's Helper Hat & Collar by Forum Novelties, Inc., dated 1995, Item No. 52118. I don't know if it was ever used, but there is tape on the bag, so I'm guessing it may have been at some point. It is in perfect condition, as shown. No holes, tears, stains or odors. It has been on a hanger in a closet since the 90s! The hat has an audible jingle bell on it, as shown. There are no tags or anything on the items, but they feel like felt, nothing fancy.
