VTG Huge Brutalist Modernist Sterling Silver Turquoise Ring Signed DW Size 8.5

This ring is SO COOL. Signed DW (I haven't been able to figure out who this artist is to properly credit). It's huge with a brutalist/modernist design where the stone is mounted to the side. Size 8.5. I have included photos of the ring worn in both directions as it could go either way.
