VTG Hartstrings Plane Collared Top 2T

Good vintage condition long sleeve collared shirt. Pullover style with two buttons down chest. Body is like a chambray materials. Cuffs and collar are navy blue knit with a white stripe. Collar features red planes. Split hem. 100% cotton and made in the USA (what!?). Collar has some pilling - haven’t tried to remove.
