Is the armpit to armpit 19 inches? Would that be too tight for 38R?

@gavinyang hi there! measurements are in 19 inches hit to pit, which is an approximate 38R. or, in between 36-38R. Do you currently have any blazers or sportcoat you could measure for comparable sizing?
