VTG Handmade Jewelry Box‎ 8" Folk Art Inlay Marquetry Wood Red Felt New Mexico

This VTG Handmade Artisan Crafted Jewelry Box with a Geometric Pattern and Southwestern Style is a unique piece of Folk Art from Sante Fe, New Mexico. The red felt lining and varnished finish add a touch of authenticity to the piece, making it a perfect decorative collectible for any room. This vintage wooden geometric box has hand cut, chiseled and inlaid geometric design woods ranging from butterscotch to dark stained colors. It is rustic with some variability in the way some of the pieces were cut and set and there is some remnant white color craft glue in one of the bottom corners possibly done by previous owner to stabilize a loose inlay piece.
