Well-made Halter Maxi with a pin up style bust. The bust area is amazingly well done with padded cups that are tied together in the middle leaving a cut out below the cleavage. So flattering! Empire waist and super long skirt. Pale blue background with tiny pink flowers. No tags. Polyester material. Would best fit a tall size small. Measurements in pictures. Excellent condition with no flaws found!
