This has been altered and the tags removed. The bodice was made bigger and the sleeves removed. The seams are unfinished where the sleeves were removed, so you’ll need to make a hem along the armholes. There are 3 layers and the one just below the Swiss dot mesh has a great poofy detail that adds to the skirts’ volume. As it is, waist measures 13”, underarm across is 16.5-17”, length is 52”.
