VTG Green Shimmer Effect Fit Flare Multi Strap Zip Back Dress Tutu Slip

The only flaws I can find on this dress are some signs of wear on a couple of the straps up top. you can see in the picture that some of the seams are starting to open on a couple straps the whole dress has a shimmer effect, it just depends on the angle you're standing. it feels like a stretchy mesh and a polyester slip with a tutu hem to add poofiness on the bottom. it's about knee length and does not have any tags for brand or size, but looks like a size 4 on my mannequin could fit slightly larger or slightly smaller but would not recommend for a true size small or a true size large Even though there is a bit of stretch in the dress, I think this is Y2K era early 2000s from the style. no stains, tears, holes or other signs of wear unmentioned
