VTG Girls Navy Blue Dress, flower Embroidered Detail Cottagecore Polly Flinders

Elegant navy blue dress with long sleeves and colorful floral embroidered detail. Features a white lace collar and cuffs. Likely a size girls 7/8 but Size tag cut - included measurements. EUC circa 1980. Smokefree home. No stains or visible to me upon inspection. One very small flaw in embroidery (see last photo, in red circle)
