VTG GI Joe 1983 Hasbro Legs Lower Half Feet Duke? Jungle? Variant?

Legs are in excellent condition! Great color! Little wear/use! Tight joints! Not sure if this is a Duke variant. Cannot pinpoint the owner of these GI Joe legs. Take a look at the pictures.
