This is designed out of sterling silver, marcasite stones and features a 5.5mm by 9mm teardrop shaped amethyst stone. This measures 2” by 1” and has a weight of 9.38 grams. I don’t see any missing stones. This is marked 925 for sterling. This has natural patina. Nice.
