This is a watercolor painting by L something. The back of the painting says Leonello Paarini — but it looks more like L Aarrini or Carrini or Charrini to me. Unsure about the signature. The painting is roughly 15.5 x 18” framed. Wear commensurate with age and use, including some dings to frame. Paper on back of frame is torn. Vintage, definitely.
