VTG FRAMED ART WITH METAL DESIGN ATTACHED BELOW

Old vintage, tiny real oil painting, surrounded by another gilded frame surrounded by another larger frame with possibly a "brass" metal with some visable metal patina, on a hanging design below. Possibly a tiny initial signature in far right corner(?) Picture's show small paint chip in inner frame bottom left and a tiny spec in the top left of inner frame. Needs a dusting/cleaning that I'll leave up to the buyer.
