Vintage Y2K 90's Express Women's Square Neck Halter Mini Dress Front Slit Size Medium Vintage tag reads 11/12 - Thick stretch satin feel fabric - Square halter neck, open back - Front slit - Made in the USA Gently Pre-Owned Condition, there are 3 tiny snags in the fabric on the halter neckline; & one by the seam on the hip (it was hard to photograph since the fabric is shiny), see photos, other than that it's in great condition Flat Lay Appx Measurements Chest 19" Waist 17.5" Hips 21" Length roughly 35" Polyester, spandex Hand wash Shown on a size 6 mannequin & is too big, I think it would best fit a size 10, check measurements -Read description & view photos prior to purchase.
