Vintage Evan Picone - pleated plaid midi skirt Brown shades and perfect pleats, I can’t help but feel like a 70s teacher in this. (Which is NOT a bad thing…) The size tag has worn off so I tried this on for size reference: I am 5’4”, currently about 130lb, I wear a solid 4 in dresses, medium top, and usually a small bottom. This skirt measures 15” across the waist which sits at your natural waist line. There is no stretch to this dress, but after the waist line the pleats are quite forgiving and flexible and it actually sits really nicely. Length from waist to bottom is 28” Preowned but in excellent condition. No visible tears, flaws, snags or holes upon my inspection. Comment for questions!
