VINTAGE 1980's ILIE WACS SKIRT SUIT in red. Large lapel collar and a ribbon tie with rhinestone embellishments at the waist. The skirt is a simple, straight design. Ilie Wacs was known for his fitted and fit-and-flare coats and suits in vibrant colors with clean lines and simple cuts. He designed for Originala and under his own name, with his work appearing in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and The New York Times. Wacs' designs were prominent from the late 1960s through the 1980s.
